In every Firelily chapter, you’ll see girls learning from the saints, immersed in nature, welcoming newcomers, and growing slowly—but beautifully—together in faith and friendship.

As we hike, pray, craft, and serve, we carry this Firelilies identity in our hearts. Like lilies in the field and flames glowing on the mountainside, we walk together in friendship and faith—becoming living signs of God’s goodness in the world.

Firelilies Logo

The Firelily is no ordinary flower. It is a symbol of the soul alive in God—rooted in His love, radiant in truth, and open to the wonder of His creation. The flame rising from the lily reminds us of the Holy Spirit—the same fire that filled the hearts of the Apostles at Pentecost. It speaks of the divine spark within each girl, kindled by God and fanned by a life of prayer, learning, and joyful service.

The lily itself, a sign of beauty, strength, and hope, reflects our desire to grow in virtue, to walk in light, and to become women of courage and compassion. It echoes the feminine dignity of Mary, the lily among thorns, whose quiet strength and joyful “yes” inspires us to live with purpose. It also recalls Saint Joseph, protector and guide—reminding us that gentleness and fidelity are marks of true strength.

Together, the fire and the lily tell a story:

• Of a faith that rises like flame,

• Of a soul that blooms with joy,

• Of a girl becoming fully alive in Christ.

Troop Prayer

Heavenly Father, As we gather in friendship and faith, help us to walk in the footsteps of the saints before us-brave, joyful, and full of trust in Your will.

Lord Jesus, truly present in the Eucharist, teach us to see each other through your eyes and reflect your love love in all we do.

Blessed Mother, wrap us in your mantle of protection.

Teach us to say “yes” to God like you did.

May we carry your grace into our families, friendships, and the world.

Holy Spirit fill us with your gifts, ignite a fire in our hearts to bring your love to the world our service, our laughter, and our learning, may we grow each day into the women God created us to be – faithful, joyful, and ready to change the world with love.

Amen.

Saints of God, pray for us!

Mary, Mother Most Pure, guide us!

Jesus in the Eucharist, be our light!
